So, if you're not happy with your new items we've made it really easy for you to return & exchange them!

Return Information

- 30 day returns policy

- Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached

- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange

Exchange Information

- Please contact info@maddybydesign.com.au to let us know you'd like an exchange.

- To exchange a size or style, we encourage you to place a new order with your preferred size and return your original for a refund. This will ensure the item does not sell out by the time we receive your return.
